Every Saturday night, monks from our Dhammakaya tradition will guide a meditation session of half an hour and teach about Buddhism for another half an hour. Topics range from practical wisdom about gratitude or contentment to more meditative topics such as the nature of mindfulness and happiness in meditation. Most of the teachers are Thai Buddhist monks who speak good English. Sessions are open for all, those familiar with the tradition or newcomers. Sessions are free, but you can make a donation at your local Dhammakaya temple if you’d like.
